To Schedule an Appointment at Hansel Subaru, Follow These Easy Steps:

    • Step 1: Vehicle Information

To start, we’ll want to know a bit about your vehicle. Let us know the year, make, and model. It’s also easiest if you give us the current mileage (an estimate is fine), and you can even add your VIN.

    • Step 2: Choose Services

On this step, we’ll ask you to choose which service or services your Subaru needs. We have a list of recommended services based on your vehicle type and mileage; we’ll let you know what’s involved in these services, and you can choose them if they fit your needs. Or, take a look through our other service items and find the one that your Subaru requires.

    • Step 3: Select Day and Time

Next, you’ll be asked for the day and time that you’d like to bring your Subaru in. There’s a convenient calendar so you can select the appointment that works for you. On this step, you also have a few more options to choose. If you prefer working with a specific advisor, let us know here. Otherwise, just choose “Any Advisor.” Please let us know your transportation choice, as well. You can drop off your vehicle, wait at the dealership, or take advantage of our shuttle service.     • Step 4: Review and Confirm

On this step, we’ll ask you to add some personal contact information: your name, phone number, and email address.
